Terms and Conditions of Use – Le Bliss

By accessing and using the Le Bliss website and services (including Le Bliss Bouquet, Le Bliss Box, and Le Bliss Platter), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders that have entered production, are in transit, or are out for delivery cannot be modified or cancelled.

All payments, including Down Payments (DP), are strictly non-refundable.

Orders scheduled for future dates are considered final once payment is confirmed.

Any excess transfer or double payment will be issued as store credit and is non-refundable.


2. Same-Day Orders

Same-day orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

Once processing has begun, no changes, modifications, or cancellations are permitted.


3. Artistic Nature of Products

All floral arrangements, fruit hampers, and platters are handcrafted artistic creations.

As such, exact replication is not guaranteed.

Le Bliss reserves the right to substitute materials with the closest available alternatives of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall aesthetic.


4. Product Availability & Substitution

All flowers, fruits, and supporting items are subject to seasonal and market availability.

Le Bliss reserves the right to substitute any item without prior notice with an alternative of equal or higher value.


5. Premium Materials

Le Bliss uses premium fresh flowers and imported fruits, including selections sourced from:

Ecuador, Holland, China, Vietnam, USA, New Zealand, and Africa.

Availability may vary depending on season, import conditions, and market supply.


6. Reference Images

All images are for reference purposes only, even if created by the Le Bliss team.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each product, variations in color, size, and composition may occur.

Each creation is unique and one-of-a-kind.


7. Delivery & Timing

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Le Bliss will make every effort to deliver within the requested time window but does not guarantee exact delivery times.


8. Postponement Requests

Rescheduling is only allowed within 2–3 days from the original pick-up or delivery date.


9. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including:

  • cancellations
  • change of mind
  • partial payments
  • future orders

Double transfers or overpayments will be converted into store credit valid for 6 months.

Store credit:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • is non-transferable
  • can only be used for future purchases within Le Bliss

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided details (recipient name, address, contact number) are accurate and complete.

Le Bliss is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


12. Updates to Terms

Le Bliss reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
